  • 1 frozen medium (100g) unripe banana peeled
  • 1 teaspoon (4.6g) cocoa nibs
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) 100% pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon (2g) fresh peeled chopped ginger
  • seeds from 2 cardamom pods
  • ½ cup (120ml) ice
  • ½ cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk
