  • 2 small peeled kiwis (140g), saving two slices for garnish (optional)
  • ½ cup (40g) fresh or frozen baby spinach leaves
  • ¼ cup ice cubes
  • ⅛ cup fresh lime juice
  • 10g peeled chopped ginger or a 2cm knob of peeled chopped ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder or a 2 to 3cm knob of peeled chopped turmeric
  • ⅛ cup mint leaves plus 4 sprigs for garnish
  • A pinch of salt
